This process has been used with success to help adults and children reconstruct their personal narratives as they reflect on the pages they create.
It helps them untangle confusing thoughts, honor their experience, and explore their continuing narrative as they become compassionate witnesses of their own story.
When the process is used with groups, group members become compassionate witnesses to each other’s stories.
